hslbuiser.shop is operated by HSL BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED, trading as Hearthfold, 8 Lomond Crescent Bridge Of Weir, PA11 3HJ. These terms govern your use of the site, your orders and any membership. Prices are in USD.

Hearthfold sells finished physical home soft furnishings, decor accents and storage, sold as room-ready sets and as single items.

We do not provide any on-site construction, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, fitting, installation or structural work, and we do not take deposits for such work. Everything we sell ships as a standardised retail product.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. All prices are shown and charged in USD and may change before an order is placed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive your full card number. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

• Home Club and Stylist Club are recurring subscriptions billed in USD (monthly or annually).
• Memberships are a pure subscription: no points, no stored value, no coupon packs and no one-off top-ups.
• Benefits such as member pricing and free shipping apply live during the membership period. Unused styling-consultation allowances do not roll over.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

• Wall-mounted and hanging items (floating shelves, door-back hook rails, decorative mirrors, wall clocks, no-drill frames) have a stated weight limit. You are responsible for assessing your wall and anchoring safely; these items are not structural or load-bearing components.
• Candles are flameless LED only and must never be used with an open flame.
• Textiles carry material and wash-care information; we make no medical, antibacterial or therapeutic claims.
• Storage items are for storage only and are not step stools or load-bearing platforms; the storage bench is for seating and storage only, up to its stated weight.
• Small parts: dividers, small decor objects and fixings may present a choking hazard — keep away from children under 3.
• Screen colours and dye batches may vary from the actual item; check dimensions against your space before ordering.

All patterns are plain colours or our own original prints. We do not sell, and our images do not show, any licensed characters, sports teams, celebrities, luxury monograms, registered trademarks or brand-inspired lookalikes.

Use the site lawfully. Do not misuse the Room Finisher, attempt to breach security, scrape at scale or upload unlawful content. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

The store is not for anyone under 13. Shoppers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
