How are prices charged?

All prices are shown and charged in USD. Shipping and any taxes are calculated at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days domestically and 7–15 internationally. See the Shipping Policy.

How do returns work?

Return most items within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Start a return by emailing us; full details in the Refund & Return Policy.

Are the wall items load-bearing?

No. Shelves, hook rails, mirrors and clocks have a stated weight limit and are decorative; you are responsible for wall assessment and anchoring. They are not structural components.

Are the candles real flame?

No — all candles are flameless LED and must never be used with an open flame.

What is a membership?

Home Club and Stylist Club are pure subscriptions with member pricing, earlier drops and styling benefits. No points, no stored value. See Membership.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
